KORRES COOPERATIONS / KROKOS KOZANIS CO-OPERATIVE
A co-operation developed to support over 1,500 families in 20 villages around the area of Kozani. These families grow and collect what is considered to be one of the best organic saffron varieties worldwide. Over 150,000 flowers are collected by hand to produce just over two pounds of saffron.
